Buds

Any device that supports Bluetooth will be compatible with Buds.

We're talking iOS devices, Android devices, tablets, laptops, and desktops. 

When you receive your Buds, take both sides out of the carrying case. They will automatically be paired to each other. Then, go to the Bluetooth page of your device and look for the device Buds. Click connect, and your right earbud will say "Connected". You're good to go!

Buds will give you 3 hours of continuous listening on a single charge. You can pop them back into the charging case when they are out of juice and they will charge wirelessly. Just 15 minutes in their case will give you 1.5 hours of listening.

Total battery life with charging case is 18 hours.

Your Buds charge up in its case which itself contains a battery.
The battery case can be charged by connecting it with the included USB cable to a power source (power adapter, power banks, USB out ports, etc.)

No, call audio is routed to the left earbud only.

In short, REALLY STRONG!

Buds are built with the latest, most stable wireless tech available today.

However, due to today's limitation of Bluetooth, and really, all kinds of wireless tech, the environment you're in can affect quality of connection between Buds & your device.

An area with heavy interference from other signals may cause stutters.

Examples of such areas include crowded malls.

That said, we've developed specific algorithms within Buds to make sure they maintain as stable a connection as possible in all environments, while ensuring both buds are always in sync with each other.

Buds are noise isolation earbuds and rely on a good seal between your ears to deliver optimal audio quality.

Try switching out the pre-installed eartips with the included ones for a better fit.

Yes. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to follow the journey of your parcel. If you have problems tracking your parcel, you can contact us at hey@get-buds.com, and our friendly customer service officer will be happy to help!

We accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, and all Major credit cards. If you’re having problems checking out from our store, just leave us a note at hey@get-buds.com, and we’ll get it sorted out for you as soon as we can.

Warranty

Your warranty will have a 12 Months validity period. All you have to do is ship the item back to us, and we'll fix em for you!

Your warranty will cover manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the earbuds. It does not cover accidental damage arising from user error or acts of God.
